DUE TO COVID -19 ALL SALES ARE FINAL 

  •  Returns must be in New condition in original packaging and undamaged
  • Unused and unopened items in original package can be returned within 7 days of purchase upon approval.
  • Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
  • Type of refund will be determined for merchandise credit or original method of payment.
  • Nonrefundable items listed below:
  • Adhesive within five days must be an opened an unused.
  • Items that are considered non-re-sellable due to sanitary reasons.
  • Free gifts or samples
  • Sale items , including all Holiday and promotional sales.
  • Restocking fee is $15 for less than 40 items any hundred dollars for more than 41 items and above.
  • Shipments - Heavenly lashes is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after the item has been shipped out. Items will be shipped out in 2-5 business days from order.
  • Please contact your local postal carrier for any missing packages. All items are shipped through USPS.

    Product Damage in Shipment or Defective.
